SEAT SELECTION
Luxurious VIP seating in rows 1-9! Each chair has a 41" hi-back seat with a cushioned pillow top headrest, armrest with cup holder, and an ergonomic, curved design for added comfort. General seating marquee seats fill the rest of the theatre with each chair having a 38" hi-back seat, cup holder, and an ergonomic curved design. Space between each row of seats has been increased to add more leg room. The best seats available are reserved on the day we receive your request. Requests can be made by phone, mail, e-mail, or fax.

GROUP RATES
Groups of 20 or more persons receive a group rate to the Jim Stafford Theatre. If your group should reduce the total count under 20 they will no longer quality for the group rate.

COMPLIMENTARY ADMISSIONS
A complimentary ticket is provided for your driver and escort.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per coach is required 60 days prior to your show date.

FINAL PAYMENT
This is due 21 days prior to your group attending the show.

FINAL COUNT
A Final Count of seats reserved is due 21 days prior to your group attending the show. Otherwise you will be charged for the number of seats on your original reservations. You may add seats to your reservation based on availability, however we will be unable to guarantee that add-ons will be seated with your group.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 60 day cancellation notice is required in order to receive a full refund on a deposit. All deposits are non-transferable.

INSURANCE AND/OR BONDING
Receptives, Tour Operators, Ticketing Agencies, and other types of Professional Tour & Travel resellers are asked to provide proof of performance Insurance and/or Bonding.
